"Being an engineer, there is no greater feeling than designing something, then creating it, and then finally testing it. I really love hands on work and being able to see my drawings come to life."
"I love the opportunity of continued learning or expanding your mind and skill-set through access to white papers that comes with Research. Research is a fun puzzle for me. I really love discovery, troubleshooting, figuring out how others obtained their results and doing validation. Getting stumped is frustrating at times but nothing I hate. I think what I hate is not exclusive to being a researcher, but the politics found at any job. I'm not a politics person and I refuse to play."

"Everything was good but they dont have many scientists positions open."

"Give more job opportunities to intern scientists who have worked hard to develop assays for them."

"Penguin was a good place to figure out what you want to do."
What do you like about working at Penguin Natural Foods?
"Penguin allowed me to learn. It let me take multiple things I had learned in the class room and put them into practice. It showed me that what you learn about food in books isn't always what turns out in a real setting. I also likes that it was a small company so I was able to wear multiple hats."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would tell someone who is interviewing at this company to be confident and honest."
What don't you like about working at Penguin Natural Foods?
"I didn't like that there was really no where for me to go after I had completed my internship."

"I would suggest to the management to be more involved."
