"That's not what I'd even say that I considered myself. No, in fact - I'd say that I'm more of a Statistician, who will sometimes fulfill the role of a research analyst, if that is what a company needs. However, that is not what I'd call myself obviously - and I think that I would fit almost any role with the title Analyst or Research in it, depending on the context and industry."

"The one thing I really loved at Broadreach is that it is a really friendly place to work, and due to the small size of the company, even as an intern, I had access to communicate directly with the CEO, with questions and suggestions. You can work your full potential here, and there's always work for someone who is willing to do more than just the regular tasks. However, sometimes, it is hard to get credit for the work you do exceptionally well, and you have to make sure that your manager knows."

"They are fair with personnal time off. Work hours/most of benefits are ok"

"You should really consider looking elsewhere for employment with a company that has a future."

"no growth, atmosphere is very negative. Reverse discrimination limits growth"

"I have no comment in this subject area because the company is closing it s US offices"

"The salary and bonuses were nice; getting my foot in the door with Homeland Security was a boon for me."

"Working with Heritage Pacific was an extremely fruitful experience. I was able to develop my skills and gain some insightful knowledge. I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning."

"As a fresh face in the working world, the company offers a great opportunity for a good entry level position; however, after being there for so many years, I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company."

"Set an example. One of the most significant parts of a manger's job is for them to become a positive role model that can pull a team together.Train Your Supervisors - Invest in training your supervisors and managers. It will pay off. Your associates, your employees, your suppliers, your customers all have something of value in what they have to say. Listen to the people around you."

"Doing a lot of 'grunt work'; too busy to get in to the more challenging aspects of my position."
