"I don't like that we only have two work stations; when our branch needs at least three for how busy the counter gets."

"To remodel the anaheim branch and add a lounge and more work stations."

"Find ways to promote those who have been around awhile, or at least keep them in the loop as to what future plans are. DO NOT tell them different stories from others."
