"As a seasoned Realtor, I thoroughly enjoy working in the business of helping others. A job that offers flexibility has been perfect for me as a working mom. "I've been a broker associate with RE/MAX Alliance for two years. RE/MAX Alliance is the largest RE/MAX franchise in Colorado and recruits some of the best agents in the state, creating a strong network of expertise, especially helpful for new agents finding their way in the industry. Fantastic administrative staff also make the office feel like home. I am particularly fond of their knowledge sharing sessions, covering everything from business planning to inspection issues and much more."

The office environment is very team-oriented, and also very busy; the work interns' contribution is always important and always used. ReMax Midtown is growing quickly, so this internship is also a great opportunity for a growing career."
"I have been involved in real estate since early 2016. When I received my license and was searching for a brokerage to call home, I found Re/Max Showcase in New Haven, CT. Dave was a one of kind broker/owner! He showed me tremendous support and made feel comfortable in a field I knew almost nothing about. Even though he is running 5+ successful businesses he still took the time out of his day, daily, to make sure I was understanding the processes of the business and walked me through any issues or questions I had. He never "let me down" and is always there for me."

"Yes. No problems at all. I would say that a relationship between employers and employees must be of mutual benefit. Like a marriage or relationship, there is give and take. As long as employees understand WHY they are doing what they do, they will do a good job. I have extensive training in Japan on how to change cultures at companies."
