Dave was a one of kind broker/owner! He showed me tremendous support and made feel comfortable in a field I knew almost nothing about. "Do not take this lightly - you will be on an immediate fast-track to success, but you have to be willing to put in some serious time and effort. Success is not free nor easy."

What don't you like about working at RE/MAX?

"Real estate sales is not always Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. I often found myself working overtime to accomodate my clients."

"Have a business plan in place, and be prepared to work that plan."

"100% commission and dependence on the economy. No benefits. No paid time off."

"Frequency of face time is critical. Be highly supportive and keep a positive and professional environment."
