Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Implement Training Manual or system for new employees to provide better chance for agents new to the firm."
What don't you like about working at Solid Financial Strategies?
"Principal travels as much as I do, so not much chance for mentoring or questions. Office equipment is outdated and doesn't work much of the time. Office staff is hourly and doesn't have any incentive to help the agents process business. Paydays are on the 5th & 20th monthly and are regularly several days late."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Structure office staff's pay to be base plus commissions on processed business, so we can better work together. Implement a CRM, structure for training new employees, and review overall cost of newer equipment vs time in lost productivity."
