"I’ve worked for Regions Bank for 17 years and found the Bank to be a great employer. The Bank strictly adheres to federal banking regulations and ensures their employees have a firm understanding of what their job involves and how it affects the bank’s operations. They also ensure their employees have the equipment they need to do their job to the best of their ability. Regions has recently conducted diversity training to better inform employees of how ones actions can be perceived by someone they work with and how everyone can be more respectful of each other in the workplace. The bank is a great place to work and it offers many avenues for advancement within the numerous lines of business."

What do you like about working at Regions Financial?

"I had the opportunity to move around the company to different departments. Give me a change to explore the different department we had. It was Great!"
