"Was able to provide a superior shiping solutions for customers over the competition."

"Don't - They have removed the top sales performers. In the last thirteen years they have hired and fired over 224 sales representative. I was the longest running sales representative that Golden State Overnight had for the entire company. I joined the company ten years ago."

"Owners did not beleave that maintaining a strong sales force to move the company forward. Sales division lacked adequate support."

"They needto work on developing a sales driven organization."

"I liked that the company was small and sometimes created a time to break away to spend time outside of work ie: barbeques, football, lunches"

"Ask about in state sales and commissions. In the past the sales went to the house"

"The travel was 75% and was very demanding. Once in awhile I would be questioned about my expenses and that bothered me considering how much money I made the company."

"I would suggest they give more credit to the ones that are working hard for them"
