"Internally too competitive between the divisions. Too focused on one market and not as cooperative between divisions as they could have been."

"Some of the employees did not seem to contribute at a level that they were capable of. Please keep in mind that this is my opinion of the environment ten years ago."

"There was not really any opportunity for advanement without relocation to the Headquarters which was not an option at the time."
