This is demonstrated through ongoing efforts to provide new medical services and community education. The facility strives to improve the quality of services it provides also. "For about a decade innovation ruled and we could accomplish cool new projects. Lately, however, when we play now, it's strictly by the book and for only 10 minutes at a time with supervision."

What don't you like about working at Regional Medical Center?

"New management has ended currently successful projects that have been holding up the age old unsuccessful projects. Things will fall apart catastrophically in the next 12 to 18 months."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look at he garden of employees and pull the weeds and feed to flowers."
