What do you like about working at Hertz?
"I was given the authority and responsibility to make decisions with little supervision in my region of Southern California and Hawaii."
What don't you like about working at Hertz?
"There isn't one complaint."

"Our division was desolved after the sale of Hertz back in 2005 so they need to get back into the market."

"If you don't demand the balance of work and home no one will do it for you. If you have a family they are more receptive. If you are single watch out. They will suck the life out of you"

"at times I would be on the road for over a month without going home."

"promote balance between work and home. You employees will give you more in the long run."

"The professional growth opportunities were excellent. I started as a driver. I relocated six times establishing myself as an excellent operator and problem solver finally obtaining a Regional Managers position in charge of five service centers in Illinois."

"The company closed."
What don't you like about working at Midstates Express?
"The executive staff was resistant to suggestions from middle management, lacked reliable decision making abilities and did not adequately compensate its talent for accomplishment and sacrifice."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It's a little late now since they have closed, however I consistantly pushed for additional security, asset protection investments, and a willingness to perform preventitive maintanence on equipment. It seemed as if the executive staff would step over a dollar to save a dime, and either arrogance or ignorance inhibitted their ability to accept consultation from middle management."

"When we were bought out the second time the people started to change and new managment was coming in."

"It was and still is the greatest product in its category. I was a thrill and a pleasure to represent them for 5 years"

"Customer service never did improve and it was a battle every day to retain customers but we did."
