Regional Channel Manager at Citrix Systems

What do you like about working at Citrix Systems?

"Flexible environment, good partner community, good software."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Go in assuming you are on your own. The other resources in the company are stretched, and often times aren't incented to help. Knowing that, if you can succeed in an environment as a self-starter, you're in good shape."

What don't you like about working at Citrix Systems?

"Some of the management isn't competent, and they refuse to look outside of the company to get some of the higher visionary leaders, so they consistently recycle the same ideas, rather than getting Fresh Blood. Management isn't very hands on in the W. Coast team. Federal team, however was EXCELLENT management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Manage the Managers better. Too much trust in failing areas is left on the management team that isn't as capable as they come across."
