"Longevity with the organizstion does not translate to success and growth. If your more of an out of the box thinker, technology savvy, conditioned by practical basic business principals, this company may not be suitable for you."
What don't you like about working at Boys & Girls Clubs of America?
"Company structure lacks business savvy profesdionals with diverse background. The business area of the company suffers in this area due to the unwillingness to allow new ideas and accept change. They employ a lot to educationally skilled workers but on the operational side business professionals are almost none existant therefore the understanding of basic business principals are overlooked."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Become more technology savvy, lead by example and learn from others."

What do you like about working at Blockbuster?
"I was an equal part in the team! I had a great level of responsibilities to the entire region and I was looked to for support... it was a GREAT feeling!"

"To not outshine me!!!!"

"With the new RDO entering in the region, my responsibilities were cut in half and I could no longer address the team without permission."
