What do you like about working at Merchant e-Solutions?
"It's all self-motivated, self-directed and working from home. My boss is the most positive sales coach on the planet, and it is SO different than the typical sales drone coffee is for closers micro-manager. They rock!"

"Just smile and dial. Have a positive attitude and believe in yourself: the yess WILL happen."
What don't you like about working at Merchant e-Solutions?
"I'm an independent contractor, the pipeline is very difficult to build up, and after a leave for family matters, my husband is complaining about that--otherwise I'd stay! Heck, I'd almost ditch the husband and keep the career--I certainly enjoy the company more. ;-)"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I'd probably ask for more lead generation, but honestly--they're fantastic. Good people."
