General Manager

"I’ve worked for Redlobster since 2009, and I have learned a lot with the company. I am where I am because of them; however it’s to the point that I don’t see myself rising anymore, the company is not growing so therefore there is no more growth for me professionally."

"I've worked for Red Lobster for nearly 2 years and had an amazing time. While there were some tension with coworkers due to the fast paced environment that comes with food service, management always found a way to make everyone happy. It was also easy to move up and interchange positions as long as you worked hard and were dedicated to your current position. For instance, I was able to start as a host/busser and work my way up to serving and bartending during my time there."
