"Once they moved you out to a remote area with a commitment for 2 years it was hard to get back to where you were before (I was asked to go to another restaurant with the promise to return back they had problems getting other managers to go to the middle point between two states."

"Look deeper into what is right for your performers and not just what benifits yourself as you lose long term hardworking individuals."

"The ability to move to different positions, learning the resturant as a whole. the management was great also."

"It can be overwhelming working with the public but after a while you get used to dealing with them and how to make them happy."

"They are great at what they do. There was a team of 5 managers and what one manager didnt had the others made up for it making them a powerhouse management team."

"I've worked for Red Lobster for nearly 2 years and had an amazing time. While there were some tension with coworkers due to the fast paced environment that comes with food service, management always found a way to make everyone happy. It was also easy to move up and interchange positions as long as you worked hard and were dedicated to your current position. For instance, I was able to start as a host/busser and work my way up to serving and bartending during my time there."
What do you like about working at Red Lobster?
"It helped me get acclimated to dealing with new customers on a daily basis. Also, I learned how to listen to customers wants and complaints, acknowledge them, explore possible solution and resolve the issue the best way possible."

"I would suggest better marketing internally towards their employees. if they would promote a more enjoyable work environment, they would have happier employees, lower employee turnover, and happier guests."
