For those who value feedback, I feel that the bosses and our peers have a very welcoming open door policy. It's very easy to approach anyone to get regular feedback and to share new ideas and to explore new ways of doing things. Everyone here is taken very seriously regardless of your position or your tenure. I feel very secure working here as it's a very healthy and stable business - growing fast in fact! It's always exciting to see new clients from completely different industries coming through the door every so often. And unlike other agencies, I feel that RLM allows more people in the team get a piece of the new biz action, from pitches to creating new campaigns. Last but definitely not the least "Pro": The People. They're just a fun, diverse and very talented bunch! Everyone's just so easy to talk to about non-work and work stuff so things get done quickly. These guys have a strong sense of ownership and pride for their projects and that team spirit just brings the best out of everyone and it shows in the work!
