"I've been working in the advertising industry for most of my career and it's the first time I've encountered an agency that actually really cares for its employees while still churning out awesome advertising. I think what makes the difference here is the process. They have this task ticketing platform that makes sure that everything gets done properly while avoiding overtime work. Red Letter Marketing is proof that advertising professionals can produce outstanding campaigns that they and their clients can be proud of yet still keep a great work-life balance. For those who value feedback, I feel that the bosses and our peers have a very welcoming open door policy. It's very easy to approach anyone to get regular feedback and to share new ideas and to explore new ways of doing things. Everyone here is taken very seriously regardless of your position or your tenure. I feel very secure working here as it's a very healthy and stable business - growing fast in fact! It's always exciting to see new clients from completely different industries coming through the door every so often. And unlike other agencies, I feel that RLM allows more people in the team get a piece of the new biz action, from pitches to creating new campaigns. Last but definitely not the least "Pro": The People. They're just a fun, diverse and very talented bunch! Everyone's just so easy to talk to about non-work and work stuff so things get done quickly. These guys have a strong sense of ownership and pride for their projects and that team spirit just brings the best out of everyone and it shows in the work! I think management has gotten it down to a science. Good internal processes + a skilled diverse well-knit talent base + freedom to explore and make an impact = great work + great business."

"This agency is in a growth phase, and is facing many of the common struggles that come with that. Challenges balancing traditional and digital tactics, management layers, and understanding the marketplace are all common. The benefits are average, the pay is at or below average, and the company focuses on building a family atmosphere. In fact, this is what keeps many employees here when they might seek other employment - there are some really fantastic folks working here."
