What do you like about working at Red Giant Software?

"Great culture, incredible people and knowledge in their fields. Not a bean counter position and not a bean counter culture, freedom was encouraged to get the job done and new ways to find answers was always pushed. Very laid back culture and company, and were always looking for new ways to expand and encouraged employee's to help direction of company so everyone felt like they were really contributing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Request quarterly reviews at the least, encourage video chats or more frequent face to face meetings to ensure you are on top of what is really important to the managers. Email doesn't always stress the priorities within this company."

What don't you like about working at Red Giant Software?

"Very poor communication throughout the company as a whole. As a virtual company constant communication was needed but often times problems were not addressed until it was too late within the company and more often then not they were ignored."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better communications and more frequent reviews. Most employee's felt they were a little in the dark about their performance unless they did something great and were acknowledged. With managers being over 2,000 miles away in some cases there was very little job performance communication in comparison to what should have been in place."
