"That is a tough question given the environment in the nineties. I would probably discourage the level of nepotism."

"The upper managements lacks urgency to change. They have out grown their ability to manage because the company has grown faster than their management skills. They don't posses the correct skill sets now (at no fault of their own)."

"Implement a mandatory upper management leadership development training program. Make everything transparent to everyone."
