"I like absolutely nothing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Find out how many people in the past six months were in the same position that you are interviewing for! It will most likely be at least two! This company has a policy of not even providing you with business cards until the second month because they don't want to spend the money on the cards until they see if they are going to keep you for a third month."
What don't you like about working at Robert Half?
"I dislike the environment. The people around me were so constantly in fear for their jobs that they would hyperventilate and get the shakes on the job. The MicroJ database is so insanely cumbersome and I received absolutely no formal training whatsoever."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get your act together. Stop treating people like numbers and start treating them as though they have value. You will find your attrition to be lower and your revenue will be higher."

"I enjoyed it because of those I worked with. Good employees!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask allot of questions. In addition to working 10-12 hours a day, they offer very few holidays, and require to you take a 3 hour exam every 6 months based on a book that the CEO wrote. I is very difficult and designed to fail. If you don't pass, you don't get a raise. It requires studying hours in the evening for at least a month or more."
What don't you like about working at Supplemental Health Care?
"The higher salary ($55K) but they did not have an aggressive bonus plan."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A lower salary and an aggressive bonus plan ~ opportunity to earn based on your ability perform."

What do you like about working at Farmers?
"I'm very happy and proud to be a leadership recruiter for Farmers Insurance. Coaching people to live their dreams is fulfilling. The workspace is family friendly, very fun and full of life. I've been bringing entrepreneurial leaders together with Farmers since 2002. I've noticed many of our successful agents are living the American dream because what they stood for and gained the trust of their community. Yes, this career is extremely challenging; it's not for everyone. This opportunity is best suited for servant leaders. The opportunity to succeed requires personal responsibility to commit time and trust. Farmers has one of the best training programs in the industry. In addition, Farmers has a vested interest in our agent's success through financial subsidy (up to $74K)."

"Owning your own agency is best suited for servant leaders--taking personal responsibility to commit time, trust and what you stand for. Discover your strength and then build upon them--that then becomes your unique value proposition."

"I like and appreciate having a job in an economy that seems to be trickiling back but struggling none the less."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest, open minded and ready for a challenge. You must be willing to work in a diverse culture and be willing to understand the culture that you are working for. You must be strong in your beliefs of how to do your job and be able to express them without fail. Last but not least you have to have patients cause we currently are not hiring and do not intend to for at least 8 months"

"The lack of work life balance and the lack of opportuinty for career advancement."

"To change the current culture of the organization by more effective management communication. More positive communication from the leader to inspire people. To develop a vision/mission to drive the organization and its individuals in a definate direction. For Management to value their employee's opinions and expertise. To provide training and advancment opportunities to it employee's."

What do you like about working at Luxottica?
"I loved my Team and the way the company embraces diversity. Information sharing was greatly improving when I left. I was also selected for a 2008 Gift of Sight mission, which I was unable to fulfill, since I was downsized prior to the mission."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't falsify who you are and what you bring to the table, BE YOU!!!! HR is a very competent team and one of the best I've worked with in my career."
What don't you like about working at Luxottica?
"The opportunities for advancement were very few within HR. Work-life balance within MANY teams, ie. Finance and Accounting was oftentimes non-existent."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be honest with your teams on the State of the Company and be sensitive to the needs of associates. DO whatever you can to provide work/life balance. Realize that an associate may not the performing at their potential in their current position but will set the world on fire in another. Be willing to take a chance on your CURRENT associates."
