I also really like working with candidates who need a little help finding a better situation or who don't realize they could be doing much better. The only drawback is that there are many distractions and conflicting priorities in these 2 positions, doing well at one means you're letting the other one slide."

"You have to be very smart, very driven and willing to give 110%. The people are fantastic and it is a fun place to work"

"The CEO was a better Owner than a manager. He was great at vision, direction and building something, but should have let someone else manage."

"To allow a Sr, Manager to manage and let the CEO build the businesses."

"Salary -wise not as competitive as non-profit. Some decisions take longer so patience is needed. Things change so need to be flexible."

"Sometimes there is long hours but it's very few and far between."

"Nothing. I honestly cannot say anything bad about this company."

"I would suggest nothing other than status quo! This company is successful and rated as the top search firm in the entire world for a reason and has the profits to show it publicly."

"You have to have a strong work ethic and independent."
What don't you like about working at Harvey Nash?
"I have to manage up (boss is always asking me what they should do). The sales team is probably the worst I've ever worked with in my 15 year career. My coworkers do not respect out boss... so therefore everyone just does the bare minimum. I call our boss our fearful leader instead of our fearless leader. No vision. This is not true of upper management (corporate).. I'm onlyl referring to my branch."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would enforce consequences to not meeting metrics. sales and recruiters can stay on staff for years without being productive. That needs to change. Productivity should be expected and enforced (in a positive way.. not a dictatorship)."
What do you like about working at United States Army?
"It is all that I have done for 20 years. My loyalty is deep rooted."

"The interviewee must know this is what they want to do. The Army is a challenge with intangible rewards, those rewards must be earned."

"Nothing. I am passionate about what I do and being part of the Army gives me that opportunity."

"Become more effective listeners and always do a follow-up to see if the suggestions are working."
