"I would say the job I did was an ok job for a beginning professional but unless you want to slowly climb up the low and mid-level management track, with endless meetings and meetings about meetings and spreadsheets and numbers, you may want to move on to something better."
What don't you like about working at West Asset Management?
"Way too much micromanagement of the front line workers. They should be given more freedom."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The lower and mid-level managers needed to be in fewer meetings and let the workers have more flexibility."

"I enjoyed the people I worked with and around mostly. I also enjoyed talking with customers and helping resolve the financial issues they were facing in a positive and productive manner."

"Tips for interviewing with this agency or any other collection agency would be to understand that it is a sales and production environment; to carry a thick skin into this career choice"

"The collections industry has a revolving door mentality that can at times be frustrating when you are looking for stability."

"My management during my employment at stellar was overall a great team of managers to work for. I don't really have anything to suggest"
