Submit a Review"I loved the fast pace of the work and felt it worked well with my ADHD. Each day seemed to fly past and I never felt bored or disgruntled with my work. Every 2 hours we had something different to do, which prevented me with getting bored or frustrated with my work. I hated... um. At most I disliked when management interfered too much with our process or brought in "help" that ended up damaging the products."

"The diversity of people I worked with. Also, the growth potential of the company at the time."

"Be positive, be upfront, and remain hopeful. To new interviewees, ask questions."
What don't you like about working at Dell?
"The flip-flop of inexperienced managers in certain areas of the business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"At this time in my life I would have to suggest to management to be respectful to others' differences."

"they have no regard for there employees. They have frozen everyone wages for the three years I worked there so that they could expand there company by add new stores. They expand at the cost of there employees."

"stop being so money hungry and think of your everyday employees needs"

"The pay is good at Menards, and everyone is there to make sure the guest is satisfied."

"It's a great place to work, but some are not trained very well, and inventory is not accurate."
What don't you like about working at Menards?
"The management is great, but my immediate supervisor is not a people person and doesn't know how to train."

"Be willing to train and to teach things you know to new individuals."

"Nothing. The manager was a genuinely good person but the work was non-skilled labor."

"Approach it as you would approach any basic retail interview."

"The labor was unskilled and didn't require much thinking at all."

"There was nothing management could really do as this was just a run of the mill retail job."
