"When I first began my Real Estate career it wasn't in the boom and name recongition was very important and that was wear my mentor was working. Realty Executives had a very good reputation."

"No. It's not a place where you will get any training. You would need a mentor."

"Everyone was out for themselves and there wasn't a team environment."

"Due to the economy, I would say lower their monthly fee. Being having classes for people to share ideas and work together."

"Motivate agents by educating them. Work with them for first 90 days."
