"When I first started working at RCS, it was great. Fast forward to new company policies plus revised management and it has gone down hill. Salary is extremely low for the amount of work you do. Especially considering the big name clients you work for. You will not be compensated for any extra work/time/weekends you do. Management does not respect their employees. They see you as someone who can easily be replaced. Not a good mind set to have for the employees who are making money for you."

"I appreciated the culture in which it allowed employees to feel a sense of empowerment and thus shared ownership of their. For me, I was in management where I was the 'go to' person for anything from finances, accounting, HR, to contracts and producing in projects as needed."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be positive, confident and simply be willing to accept the responsibility that no task should be too small. For starts ups, it's important that everyone work as a team even if that means the Controller has to assist in answering telephones."

What don't you like about working at Reality Check Systems?

"I really cannot say anything bad. Sometimes there lacked delegation from VP's on projects; however, overall the company is a huge success."

"I believe in a bottom up management style. You cannot manage unless you can understand their job. Gain the respect and you gain their loyalty."
