"Realage has gone through major changes in 2009; not the same company."

What do you like about working at RealAge?

"I learned a lot back when their website was in ASP.NET. Now it's being migrated into a custom CMS. It used to be a very enjoyable place to work and everyone was friendly."

"Know what you are getting into. The company is going through major changes and is very volitale. Do you like snow Much of Realage is being moved to New York."

What don't you like about working at RealAge?

"But everything has changed. The company was bought by HEARST and although they promised us that nothing would change - everything changed."

"Have your resumes ready. You never know when you will be next..."
