"There is nothing I don't like about ZipRealty. There is simply insufficient inventory to be successful full time in the industry at this time."

"None, ZipRealty is very honest and open about expectations and risks involved in being a real estate agent."

"There is not anything they could do better than they already are."

"I like leadership that did not micro-manage its workforce, while providing training, tools, and resources needed to accomplish the task at hand."

"The effect of new banking and regulatory agencies on the sales process, making business more difficult than it should be. This is not unique to this company, but an industry wide issue."

"Real Estate market controls your success or failure. The market crash in 2007 is the reason I no longer work there"

"I have an engineering background and had worked at utility company and high tech companies as both an engineer and a financial analyst. I relate very well to the people involve with the construction industry. I also love satisfaction you get when you see a project complete."

"One needs to be committed to be in this line of business and be flexible and able to work under pressure."

"The difficulty, at times, in controlling the quality of work contracted. It can be very frustrating, expensive, and time consuming to fix poor quality work."

"The company is no longer in existence. Recently filed bankruptcy and shut down. Inventory was acquired by a new company in similar industry."

"There was limited room for growth and the business plan could have been more solid and dynamic to help keep them in business."

"To have an open door policy and be more open to creative and new ideas."

"Technology is lacking. Support is lacking. The fees are going up and commissions are going down."
