"No upward mobility for those of use with management and years of experience."

"Open mind to the possibilities of technology to drive sales for the sales force."

"I would say to ask and be clear in your understanding of C21's commission structure."

"There was a real lack of support shown by managment. They really needed to have a better way to motivate the sales person, afterall this a a commission only job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To offer better training for new realtors and to support the RE's when they need it. Come up with contests to keep the new people from falling out of the business. Find better ways to help newbee's get ontop of marketing themselves to get more deals."
