Submit a Review"In San Diego it is a highly competitive and saturated market. It takes 2-3 year to enter the business and for a new person in town like myself it is a very hard start in career. Also, it is a commission only job - so the money is limited."

"Nothing so far. Everybody is great and you don't alway have to be in the office o do your work."

"Nothing at this time. They seem to know what they are doing."

"You are left to get the job done on your own as long as you follow guidelines."

"Ask as many questions you can so you know the type of business it is."

"It is sometimes difficult to get leads from sources other then yourself."

"Develop a better lead generating system that is helpful to all the workers."

"This work is a great way of networking. You are on the phone, doing research for properties and selling to the clients."

"This work depends on your ability to make other people comfortable with you. So you just have to make the interview a comfortable, so that the people in charge will be confident that you are a good fit for the company."
What don't you like about working at Blackstone International Realty?
"I dont have any complaints about the company. The only thing I could say is the need to get all the people together in order to brainstorm and be a focus group. That could be very interesting."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get all the team together once a week to share what have we done that week, our failures and successes and see what we are going to improve for next week."

"The company is very goal oriented and stays up to date with market regulations and marketing."

"I would like to get into medical sales and my current company doesn't offer that."
