"Selling real estate is ridiculous,unless they are giving you a salary to get started and some mentoring."

"Nothing good to say. No training that was of any help to get started, no help from management (most managers are selling also and are interested in their own accounts), lots of start-up costs, wasteful meetings, an all commission job, no benefits, night hours and showings in many bad and dangerous neighborhoods. Don't waste your time unless you have a spouse working or a big bank account, because you're probably not going to have a sale for 3-6 months, or unless you have a good friend or family member in the market..."

"Find a job as an assistant to a top seller with a salary to learn the business. Coldwell Banker is not the place."

"Everything. Don't do it!!!"

"They take the money (salary and bonus) and run. Do next to nothing for the agents. They sell property also and are worried about their own clients, not you!!!"
