"Be strong and show that you are willing to work as much as needed to make profits for the company and yourself!"

"You are expected to work all the time, even under personal death crisis situations. There is no time to do anything else -- nothing. Right now I would love that kind of job."

"Let people go to their families funerals (like their father) and other emergencies as they arrise (IF THEY TRULY ARE AN EMERGENCY)."

"You must be disciplined when it comes to working on commissions and structuring your business plan. Good work ethics are neccessary to stay on track. Organizational skills are needed to survive in this type of role and it is critical to have patience when dealing with people."

"You do not have health benefits, so it is your responsibility for the full cost of the monthly premiums."

"Managment offers great training programs for the individuals who express interest in excelling. I took advantage of each course offered. Managment does a great job of keeping people informed of activities and trainings."
