3Hire managers that actually have had good sales experience, firstly (Not the case here). Pay them better than the salespeople so the good salespeople don't want to only sell and not progress. Try harder to help us make and close sales. Try harder to say YES more often to the customers rather that enforcing rules.
2.9I’ve worked for RC Willey over the past 6 months and have enjoyed my time here. I believe this company is a good place to work, but I believe that the company puts the needs of the customer ahead of everything and allows the customer to take full advantage of it with little resistance. Good management team, they work incredibly hard and do their very best job; although they don’t always do what they say they will do for their employees.
