What don't you like about working at Raytheon?
"Long hours (60 hour work weeks), unreasonable schedules. a nightmare. On my last project; my supervisor didn't like the way I wrote my C++ code, even though it worked, and matched the UML model; I then asked my cube mate how he would have coded it; when I followed his advice; which my supervisor still didn't like. My supervisor then wrote a negative review on me. Also I was being asked to work on a number of side projects which were supposed to be done on my own time. The project schedule weren't close to reasonable. Early in my career I was taught how to estimate times, at Raytheon I was told by my section manager that the times were based on what Raytheon had bid on the project and I was supposed to work as many hours it took to complete the task. I was also told that it would take years to establish myself there. Prior to working at Raytheon I worked as a contractor for 10+ years, at the majority of my clients I was well respected by my supervisors and coworkers from the first day."
