"I have worked for Raymond James at the home office for the last three years. It was a much different sort of environment when I started here. It is still a good place to work for but at least for myself there is nowhere to move to within the company. I think with exception of the IT area Raymond James is a great place to work but a bit underpaid unless you are at an executive level."
