"I didn't like the job or the company. I just needed a few days to realize many of the long-term employees are fake and hostile. They lie blatantly and pretend to be your friend, only to plot against you later. The same was the case with the top management. Every decent person was leaving when they got an opportunity. Hence, employee turnover was high."
"This place was a complete disaster. The company has extremely weak middle-level management more interested in completing reports than getting results. No accountability exists at the highest levels of this company. They have good people who will work for a lot less money. I mean the pay is so bad, it's not even competitive. If you take pride in your individuality and don't want to be just another number, go somewhere else. There is no heart and harmony in this company at all."
