"I work for Randstad intermittently when they have temporary work that fits my skill set. The contracts are often temp to hire. This company cares for their employees and has competitive pay. The primary point of contact between temps and the company is the site rep. This person makes it their goal to ensure staff are well cared for and happy within whatever role they are hired for. I appreciate the time spent on Randstad contracts and I always felt heard by my site rep."

"Randstad is a wonderful company with many benefits and growth opportunities. I have been there for an overall 4 years total and love the company. Management can get demanding but it's also the nature of the business. Every branch and location has its pros and cons, just depends on who you are dealing with."

"I have worked with Randstad since 2016. It has proven to be a great company to start and sustain a meaningful career in the staffing industry. Randstad is a leader in its industry and will likely maintain that status with the introduction of new technologies and values. Whether you are looking to start a career in staffing or elevate your career, Randstad has the opportunity and training in place to take you to the next level!"

"I've worked for Randstad Technologies as a Technical Recruiter. Randstad provides a thorough training program comprising of twelve weeks and teaches you the basics of recruiting all the way to advanced sourcing methods. They believe in treating people the best that they can. However, some aspects of the business remain behind compared to other companies as far as tech stack and policies. This is not the place where you need to go if you want to advance quickly in your career."

Project Manager

"I have worked for Randstad Engineering since October of 2019. The staff people that are more than just labor. People of my caliber and higher. I have been in the role of project manager for Lennox. They self-performed a project in my area. Together we installed 72 new RTUs on Lowe’s distribution center in Valdosta Georgia. Working with both companies has been a great experience. Unfortunately Lennox doesn’t have enough back log to employ me full time. I have enjoyed my time spent with both companies and the experience has been a great one. If not for the low back log I would be pursuing a full time position with Lennox."
