"I haven't been here very long, but the people are great. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the leadership. The environment is good and it's fast paced."
"I've worked with Randstad USA since August of 2012. During my time here, I have been promoted quickly and treated fairly by my peers and supervisors. I feel like I am making a difference, both for my company and the customers that I deal with on a daily basis."
"The current client (Bank of America), is undergoing transformation from waterfall to agile methodology, with some dependent applications not fully adopted to agile, there are challenges, but peers I work with are competent and resourceful and helpful to each other, so our projects have been a astounding success. I feel good to be a contributing member of the team. If I have to leave this team to join another - it would be for the full time nature and longevity perspective."
"I was a contract employee for Cox Communications through Randstad, the employment agency. The training was for 7 weeks. At the end of the 7 weeks, we were put onto the floor. We were put with our teams. However, we did not get the same treatment as the regular employees. The company invited the contract workers or business partners to volunteer for overtime on 01/01/14. I gladly signed up for it. When I arrived to work on 01/01/14, I found out that the overtime was cancelled."
"Although the employees in the Randstad offices are cheerful and pleasant they are inexperienced and sometimes avoid their responsibilities. My 3 year experience with Randstad has been impersonal, they are not proactive for their employees and are not advocates. If you want to work with a contract agency, don't work with Randstad - they will collect their fees from your work and disregard your good service."
"I've worked with Randstad since March 2012 as a contractor. By September 2012 I had secured a permanent position as a IT Analyst. I leaded my expertise anywhere possible and I was asked to fill in the night shift temporarily. That lasted 5 months and then I was told I no longer had a job as they didn't need me on nights anymore. I wasn't allowed to go back to my (permanent) day job. I was placed on temp status and eventually let go for good. The boss's son now has my position."
"Working with the Fox Network Group was a very good experience. Lots of great folks and very helpful."
"This company environment is very poor which stopped me from using my skills thereby stopping me from giving my best. Managers are bossy and are not open to new and better opinions and changes. Will not recommend this company to any of my friends. It sucks!!"
"At Randstad you are just another employee in a revolving door setting. You are extremely replaceable and they make sure you know it. Pay is not always on time, and if you inquire about it they deny and immediately pay as to make it look like you made the mistake. Would only recommend if you are looking for a very short term temp position"
"This company not for everyone. If you trying to work here know what you is putting yourself in because they don't care about your needs. They will make you work even if you sick. I was working there and they had me carrying heavy stuff on my own. No-one to help me. They don't give you vacation. Everyone in the office will curse you out. They don't have respect for no one that come in for a interview or train. This guy threw keys at one woman's face. Disrespectful company."
"I worked for Randstad as a temp on a few jobs and was very dissatisfied with the way they went about business. I felt like they did not match me based on my skills and previous job history. I didn't interview with each company that I worked for and I thought that would have been a better way to make a successful fit."
"The problems I had were with the contract, not with Randstad. Randstad was supportive on every level."
"My comments were taken down by Randstad on google but I truly feel that a review is a review. I had some great people at Randstad Justin, Becki, Ryan, Ross and I do believe it was Michelle for payroll made me feel valued and because of them I enjoyed my time with them."
"No training or support, unethical hiring process for a staffing firm. Bottom feeders."
