"I get to meet people from all over coming into the airport."

"you dont have to be a rocket scientist to do this position just a willingness to give up your nights."
What don't you like about working at QuickFlight?
"the pay is less than admirable. this position should be making alot more due to the level of responsibility one has."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you pay your people better the turn over rate would be a lot less."

What do you like about working at Delta Air Lines?
"Delta is growing fast in the industry. The job, people and customers are my everyday motivation."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No, but I think the company is great and interesting to work for and there is room to grow."
What don't you like about working at Delta Air Lines?
"No health/medical benefits. We worked really hard at Delta, our bodies take lots of beatings but yet we don't have health coverage."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Include health benefit package and hire more manpower. Let people assist others when needed."

"I like the benefits. Medical is free, with full coverage, along with other benefits of discounts at numerous places."

"Just be prepared to work fast and hard in sometimes uncomfortable environments."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"I don't like dealing with the dirt and air at the airport where I am located. Also, I don't like constantly being told to do most of the stuff that's directed toward a group of us, while the others don't do anything. I love working and doing numerous tasks to keep busy, but when I feel like I am being singled out to do a lot of the stuff, it becomes uncomfortable and not enjoyable when it comes to the job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have higher and lower management not disrespect their employees and then expect everything in return. Give good incentive/feedback, as well as rewards for being a hard worker."
What do you like about working at DAL Global Services?
"This was a great job to be fresh out of high school. I had the chance to travel the world and learn from a well respected company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes, be honest, interested, and motivated by the work, and not just the advances that comes with it. Theres alot to learn in the sky, but you must come off the ground first."
What don't you like about working at DAL Global Services?
"I dislike very little about this company. The routing process could be extremely pressured and fast at times, but once I got use to the work I mastered it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest for managers to hire younger employees. It is a great chance for them to grow, and see what life reall has to offer."

"how the job worked and how I was treated while working."

"keep working hard when everybody wont be working and keeping busy."

"working outside year around and having to put up with different weather change."

"stay outside and I would not leave my co-workers by themselves."
