"Management in my district was unfair and bullying with the store managers."

"The district managers should use positive encouragement, instead of threats with their store managers."

"The hours were too long, and the way RadioShack treated their employees was not productive."

"Don't apply at RadioShack if you sometimes think you might like to think for yourself."

"I am not allowed to do things that make logical sense, just because it is believed to be a rule."

"I would suggest less micromanaging, and more empowering the right employees. Churn here is abysmal."

"I loved helping people and working in customer service. At RadioShack you learned about some of the best cell phones on the market."

"Understand that this is not a career decision, and that a career cannot be had through RadioShack. I have seen managers with 25 years working for the company terminated or FORCED to step down from their position."

What don't you like about working at RadioShack?

"The pay for the amount of work is WELL below standard - bare minimum, and assistant manager doesn't even make double figures hourly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't take people for granted thinking that any person can be put into an environment and expected to succeed. Don't rob people out of the money and prevent people from getting unemployement."
