"Understand that this is not a career decision, and that a career cannot be had through RadioShack. I have seen managers with 25 years working for the company terminated or FORCED to step down from their position."

"The pay for the amount of work is WELL below standard - bare minimum, and assistant manager doesn't even make double figures hourly."

"Don't take people for granted thinking that any person can be put into an environment and expected to succeed. Don't rob people out of the money and prevent people from getting unemployement."
