"I liked the fact that I learned from some great salespeople how to become an exceptional communicator and salesperson, whatever the product. Also, the knowledge I gained to my already keen interest in electronics in general was a great thing."

"I dislike constantly downgrading the commission levels, breaking promises from district managers, and poorly staffed stores."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fulfill your promises towards your employees. Great attitudes and success start from the top. If you aren't accountable, then many employees without high moral standards get the message they don't have to be."
