"Flexibility to balance work and personal life."

What don't you like about working at Rackspace?

"The lack of vision. Rackspace management views Change as a Core Value of the company, but it's really because they're being so reactionary most of the time, that policies never last or make sense for more than about 6 months. If there were more experienced management in place, some of the more ridiculous change could be avoided yielding happier employees. Pretty much, every team meeting results in some sort of new policy that is being tested."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find a consultant that can help you hire experienced senior leadership and pay the salary they want. Their experience will be worth more than you can imagine and then the turn over in the executive ranks will be lower giving the company more credibility year over year."

"Their friends and family values is totally a false statement. I was fired for having a baby. Females go NO WHERE in this company it is a good old guys company."

"Don't make promises you never intended to keep. Just because someone is a single person or parent does not mean they can not handle a job just as well as a single male."
