"I loved it. Culture was good, smart and knowledgeable co-workers. Able to wear what you like to work, always food present and just never a dull moment. Moving up seem to be a challenge at times because it is based on who you know. Salary is decent because they pay you based on knowledge and cost of living in San Antonio."

"Excellent company to work for, great environment. Pay is below average though, even by Austin/San Antonio standards. Takes some time to get into the swing of things, but they have really good benefits and a superior work environment with a great culture. I would definitely recommend working at Rackspace as long as compensation isn't your number one priority."
