"I was in a management position and manipulaing resources to get the work on hand completed."

"Just keep up with what you are doing the interview process was awesome."

"that it closed our department and outsourced it to another state."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To make sure you are upto date on what is going on in company so you dont hire a whole new training class only to tell them during training that they are going to be let go. Training is expensive and puts poor moral on new hires to be told not going to have job after 3 months."

"I believe there was a larger effort to have the company sold then to further the business."

"I would suggest that they continue to grow the expectations for the employees that support the Account Managers."
