"Like high-school, only the chosen few will be heard and acknowledged. High level of overall dissatisfaction in many departments is brushed away with a they're whiners mentality. No manager or director support as they are looking to cover their own butts when the almost annual layoffs happen. You would go in one day and people or even departments would be missing the next day, so management is adept at doing stealth-layoffs to avoid negative publicity. Kiss the lifers butts, as they hold a lot of clout, even in departments you don't work in. PS- HR is a joke, DO NOT rely on them for anything, lots of backstabbing so best to avoid at all costs"

"Stop the churn 'em and burn 'em mentality towards employees, it's disgusting"
