"I'm relatively new to the company (less than 6-months) and I work in the software services wing. The majority of the applications being developed are for a particular tech company and hence growing and learning are limited to the projects assigned. There is minimal scope for lateral movement."

There have been 6 instances where I was asked if I could travel for work the next day or the same day. Compensation and benefits are very far behind most engineering companies."

If the site ISO processes conflict directly with the clients timeline then the ISO process in question is shifted until the next project. They promote using the politically correct method. No regards as to length of service or client satisfaction is considered for promotion. The other 9 reviewers are plants to bolster the ratings of this job."

"The people are great. I have never worked with a better group of co-workers. The company is growing quickly and there are many opportunities to grow and do different things."

"Compensation and benefits haven't always been great, but recently I have seen policy changes that are fixing the problems."

"Get office space faster - expansion has not kept up with growth."

"Nothing. There is little job security and I constantly look for other opportunities."

"Look elsewhere. There is no benefit to working here. They sell you a dream and offer you a nightmare."

"The pay is awful. Job security is terrible. Management sucks."

"I would pay my staff at least the median salary amount."
