"They try to provide the lowest price to their clients, this unfortunately means that they don't pay their engineers the best. They also use a Local-Global business model, meaning that you have to work with a team on the other side of the planet, because engineers in India are much cheaper. I did not feel there was much room to grow, nor that the company cared about me."

"I worked for quest-global for 2.5 years. The company was growing when I first started, however, it started to shrink as the company lost contracts with the customer. The overall work environment was pleasant. They did not micromanage but expected you to do your job well. The company lacked quality leaders in management roles."
