4.5 I've worked for the New York Hospital of Queens for the last 16 years. I love to work for this hospital. Everybody is nice. Our primary thing is to care of patients.

the exposure to the patient and the whole surrounding of the hospital setting. I get to see how the nurses worked with some sort of negligence and unprofessionalism. the nurse did not know that I was a nurse too so I know what they were supposed to do and when it not done I observe their behavior and didn't want to be part of that.
