"Quality Services Moving is a great place to work! They take the time to help their employees grow and develop professionally and strive to promote from within whenever possible! Several people on the management team (including myself) started in an entry level role. Competitive pay and great benefits! I would highly recommend working here!!"

"I love my responsibilities and funneling my creative juices into innovative marketing campaigns. I also love that there is no glass ceiling and especially appreciate the work harder ethic of our team. Most of all, I respect the faith my company has in young, fresh talent."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company believes in a Mover First mentality... as any hard labor industry should. If you're interviewing for a new job, you have to want it. If you want it, you'll embrace the demand of the industry and will likewise be appreciated."
What don't you like about working at Quality Services Moving?
"I am hoping for a shift in industry. The moving company is vastly busy during the summer seasons and the company is too small to support regular benefits for employees. I'm looking for a company that offers more than 3 days PTO and sick days. My husband and I recently married and I want to find a position that can comfortably support a family (compensation and demand)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't commensurate based off of other industries or new employees. Saying We're overpaying is a blanket statement...especially when hard labor employees make the same (if not more) than degree level employees."
