"The people and the culture are the best thing about working for Slingshot SEO. There are meetings with beer and popsicles. There was a pie in the face of a partner after my team won the can drive."

"Talk to Profyle Tracker. Most the people there got in through Profyle Tracker."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Establish a career path with your employees. Don't micromanage. Trust employees to know what they are doing and help lead you down the right path."
What do you like about working at Chatworth Products?
"I thought it was a good company since it is employee owned. But unfortunately the management culture is decentralized and local managers are wrongly empowered resulting in excessive abuse of it. People get fired out of the blue for made up reasons."

"Yes, always ask why the position is open and how many times has been open during a year's time. Production supervisors, engineers and line employees come and go fast."

"Looking at the abuse of management on innocent people, damaging their lives wrongfully terminating them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need to be sensitive and never take one side of the stories. Support the people that are really doing the work. Be impartial, always take the statement of the individual in question and consider it."
